Metro Temp has been providing workforce solutions to Iowa businesses for over 30 years. Our success stems from our excellence of service and expert attention to detail in recruiting, hiring, and managing qualified employees to fill your staffing needs.

Since 1974, Metro Temp has developed a reputation for excellence and service in the staffing industry. As we see it, we have two sets of customers at Metro Temp: clients and employees. Satisfying one satisfies the other, which in turn, satisfies us.

But satisfaction, we have found, is not a static state - we have created ways to push it further. And push it we have, refining our placement strategies so that temporary employees often become valuable company assets and expanding our services so that our hiring strategies and services often significantly affect the success of an entire company.
