4. On-Site Management Program
For your high-volume temporary staffing needs, Metro Temp has a specialized onsite workforce program designed specifically for the ongoing and changing staffing needs of our industrial and manufacturing clients. An on-site supervisor will be assigned to manage the day-to-day operations of our temporary work force. This will free your personnel for other important duties while we handle the complete temporary labor needs of your operation. In addition, Metro Temp’s computerized systems can be set up on-site to enhance the efficiency of your work environment, depending on your needs.
On-Site Management consists of three primary stages:
1. Planning and Strategy - we develop a staffing plan to proceed as economically as possible, to effectively forecast staffing needs and respond to your changing market conditions, and monitor operating costs in real time.
2. Recruit and Manage - we provide a trained and experienced on-site manager who recruits, hires, trains and manages the temporary workforce.

Our payroll services are perfect for company retirees, summer college students, or new hires that may be awaiting approval. Metro Temp handles all the statutory taxes, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance.
